  • We will take a maximum of ten exclusive listings at any one time ensuring you a high level of service and reporting
  • Listings will be marketed on three dedicated websites .resortsforsale.com.au, wwwresortbrokers.com.au and www.realcommercial.com.au at no cost to our clients.
  • All listed properties will feature in a minimum of a full page colour web ad on www.resortsforsale.com.au and a listing on both www.resortbrokers.com.au and www.realcommercial.com.au at our expense
  • we will personally visit your property regardless of the location in Queensland to inspect and prepare a detailed marketing proposal and conduct a photo shoot.
  • Your property will be sent out by email blast to our buyer database immediately upon listing.
  • Your property will feature as a half page full colour ad in the next buyer newsletter and subsequently as a 1/8 page display until sold.
  • All buyers are fully qualified prior to any inspections and are “purchase ready”
  • A three page (minimum) full colour property summary will be prepared in electronic format approved by you will be sent out to qualified buyers.
  • Your property will feature on the home page of www.resortsforsale.com.au for the duration of the listing
  • You will receive a comprehensive written report every Friday detailing activities undertaken in that week, web visits, buyer enquiries feedback and comments.
